DailCo Inc. is a welding and fabrication job shop located in La Grange, NC. The company was incorporated in 2003 and specializes in all types of metal: steel, aluminum, stainless.

Tim & Jo Anna Dail are the owners/ operators.  Currently we employee 4 employees. We have certified welders with over 30 years of welding & fabricating experience. We MIG, TIG, and Stick Weld. Our fabrication jobs are from large to small and we also provide mobile welding services. We have a CNC Waterjet capable of cutting up to 7″ thick materials and a CNC 175 ton Press Brake. We have the ability to perform almost any project you can imagine!

Our equipment consists of – Miller & OTC Pulse Welders, AccurShear, Mechanical Press Brake, Box & Pan Brake, FLOW Mach200 CNC Waterjet  7×12 Table, Cincinnati CNC 175 ton Press Brake, Mobile Welding Services, Sheet Metal Rolls, Angle Metal Rolls, and other metal working equipment.

Equipment Capabilities:

• AccurShear:  can shear from 22 gauge up to 1/4″ thick by 10 feet long
• Sheet metal rolls:  can roll 10 gauge sheet metal 6′ wide or shorter lengths of 3/16″
• Angle metal rolls:  up to 2″ square tubing 1/8″ wall, up to 2″ SCH40 pipe, up to 2″ channel by 1/8″ thickness, up to 2″ x 2″ x 1/4″ thick angle, up to 3″ flat bar by 3/8″ thickness
• FLOW MACH200 Waterjet:  up to 7″ thick material.  This machine has the capability to cut patterns & industrial parts in a single quantity or multiple quantities.
• Cincinnati 175 ton Baseform CNC Press Brake:  can bend material up to 12′ long, 1/4″ thick
• Press Brake: up to 1/8″ material 10 foot
• Box and Pan Brake” up to 14 gauge metal 8 foot
